March Theme: True or False: “Suffering is Optional”
We hear that “Pain is inevitable; suffering is optional.” Is that really true? Come see for yourself. At this month’s refresher, we’ll clarify the difference between pain and suffering—and understand how that difference can free us from old habits of reactivity. It’s one of the pivotal, potentially transformative insights of mindfulness. Our session will include sitting, mindful movement, and discussion. I look forward to practicing with you.
