December Theme: Finding Rest
We will explore ways of finding rest in the midst of the full catastrophe. This will include short, "cat-sits," walking meditation--down the hall or down the street, and yoga--including restorative poses to use throughout the busy end-of-year season.
Teacher: Katie Crum
Katie Crum is a certified MBSR teacher (Brown), who has been teaching the course for ten years. She is also a longtime Zen practitioner and decades-long Iyengar yoga student. In a previous life, she was an art historian/art museum professional.
