April Theme: A time for renewal.
April is a time for renewal, re-birth, rejuvenation, and remembering to come home to our deepest intentions. Gather with other MBSR alumni and recommit to your practice. Whether you have been practicing intermittently or regularly, join us for a gentle opportunity to align with the practices that sustain mindful presence. Together, we will meditate in stillness and in movement in support of our relationship with beginners mind, patience, non-judging, trust, non-striving, acceptance and letting go.
Teachers:
Tam Terry is an advanced teacher of YogaTherapy and qualified MBSR instructor through Brown Center for Mindfulness. She teaches heart-centered, mindful movement in an alignment-based practice to help train people to access functional movement through healthy body dynamics
Craig Sloane is a psychotherapist in private practice in NYC and a qualified MBSRteacher through the Brown Center for Mindfulness. He has benefited immeasurably from cultivating mindfulawareness and looks forward to continuing to offer the practice to others.
